The first class in Access is The Bars. Did you know there are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive? These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored in any lifetime.

ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS® FOUNDATION CLASS
The Foundation class is about establishing how you begin the foundation of creating a different reality for you, where you begin to undo the limitations you’ve been functioning from.
You will be given a whole toolbox that will allow you to break apart the foundation of limitation that we so often function from and build a new foundation, one of limitless possibility, so that you can begin to create the life you truly desire.

ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS® ENERGETIC FACELIFT
The Access Consciousness Facelift is a gentle, yet dynamic hands-on body process that helps you look younger and allows your body to feel better without surgery, injections, creams or pills. It is a wonderful way to rejuvenate the face and reverse the signs of aging on the face and throughout the entire body. The gentle soothing touch applied to your face and neck works with your body’s cells to restore, enliven and rejuvenate.

ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS® BODY PROCESS CLASSES
Access Consciousness has discovered over 50 body processes; energies that can facilitate a body to change and transform. Each of these dynamic processes can be run as a hands-on energy that invites the body to begin to heal and create itself.
